Custom Image & Logo Engraving quotes are handled on an individual basis as follows:

1)  Email us the information requested below and attach your image or logo.

2)  Images and logos require several labor intensive steps to convert into the proper format for our engraving equipment. The image or logo should be in a high quality format following the guidelines below.

3)  We will evaluate your submission and email you a line drawing representation of the image/logo, a quote for the one time set-up charge of conversion into .plt format, and assign it an Image/Logo ID#.

4)  Approve the set-up charge by placing your order below. Follow the Custom Engraving link in the left menu to this Custom Image/Logo order page and select the correct Set-Up charge quoted to you (one time set-up fee). Enter the Logo ID# assigned to your custom image or logo. Remember to add the watch to your Shopping Cart as well and complete the order process.

NOTE: Please allow an extra business day or two for the image/logo conversion to be completed after the order has been placed.

Logo and image submissions should follow these guidelines:

1. If the image or logo is copyrighted or trademarked you should have permission to use the logo or image you submit.
We will not be held responsible for copyright infringement.

2. The logo or image you submit should be of high quality, preferably with a resolution of at least 300 dpi. Bitmap images should be submitted in .jpg, .tiff, .bmp or PDF format. Ideally, the image should be a 1 bit black and white line drawing.

3. Color and grey scale images require a lot of "clean-up" and more time to convert. It is normally not possible to convert a photo or snap-shot successfully. Too much facial detail will be lost since shades of grey cannot be captured.

4. We are always willing to evaluate any image you have, in virtually any format. However, optimum results can only be obtained from images that meet the above criteria.

5. A one time set-up fee is charged to convert your logo to an engravable image in the proper format for our equipment. The fees listed below apply only to images and logos that meet the submission criteria as outlined above. Those that do not meet the criteria will require more cleanup and conversion, and therefore incur a higher set-up fee. A quote will be provided in all cases.

6. Typical set-up charges are:
 

$20.00 - Simple images with very little detail.

$40.00 - Moderately complex images with more detail.

$60.00 - Detailed images with a lot of text or complex characters.

$80.00 - Complex images with large amounts of intricate detail.
