Return Policy

We have a fair but firm Return Policy and no one at Pocket Watch Central is authorized to change or amend these terms.

  1. 1. All returns are subject to approval and require an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization).
  2. 2. Returned merchandise must be in new, unused and resalable condition with all original boxing, warranty materials and accessories.
  3. 3. Returns must be requested within 15 days of receipt of merchandise.
  4. 4. Non-defective returned merchandise is subject to a 15% re-stocking charge ($7.50 minimum).

Merchandise that is not eligible for return:

  1. 1.  Merchandise that has been used, worn, altered (i.e. engraved, sized, etc.) or damaged by the customer.
  2. 2.  Merchandise requiring repair after 15 days of receipt. (Warranty service is provided by the manufacturer)
  3. 3.  Specials, clearance items, close-outs and discontinued merchandise.
  4. 4.  Special order or custom made merchandise.


Shipping & Standard Procdures:

  1. 1.  Shipping is not refundable under any condition. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges associated with a return. Refund credit will be issued for merchandise only.
  2. 2.  Free Shipping items will have the original outbound shipping cost deducted from the return credit.
  3. 3.  Merchandise returned that does not adhere to the above conditions or without original packaging and paperwork is not eligible for return credit. Customers will be responsible for the shipping cost(s) of returning the merchandise to them.
  4. 4.  Refund credit will be issued only to the card used in the original transaction. No cash reimbursements will be made.
