Product Warranty & Return Policy
Watches carry their own manufacturer's warranties and must be sent to the proper service center for repair by following the instructions in the warranty information.
All returns are subject to approval and require an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization).
Merchandise must be in new and unused condition with all original boxing, warranty materials and accessories.
Returns must be requested within 15 days of receipt of merchandise.
Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of RMA authorization.
Non-defective returned merchandise is subject to a 15% re-stocking charge ($7.50 minimum).
Merchandise that is not eligible for return:
Merchandise that has been used, worn, altered (i.e. engraved, sized, etc.) or damaged by the customer.
Merchandise requiring repair after 15 days of receipt. (Warranty service is provided by the manufacturer)
Specials, close-outs or discontinued merchandise.
Special order or custom made merchandise
EXCLUSIONS: It is not a defect if the battery has run down on a quartz watch or if the second hand is not perfectly aligned with the second marks. Manufacturers will oftentimes make production changes to case designs, dial and/or hand styles. Also, pocket watches may not open to a full 90% or may have slight abrasion marks where the cover closes on the body of the watch or where the chain is placed over the bow. These conditions are not considered factory defects or valid reasons for a return.
Important Engraving Information:
Engraving may not always appear exactly as pictured in terms of size or look.
Inscriptions are centered and justified within the text area. Images, Logos and Initial(s) are centered where located.
It is the customer's responsibility to enter complete and accurate information. Double check for spelling, punctuation and capitalization errors before submitting your order. If you realize you have made an error or your order is incomplete, contact us right away to make corrections.
We reserve the right to make minor changes for proper wording, spelling, punctuation, capitalization, placement, spacing, & character count limitations when necessary for the most pleasing appearance. If your selections are totally inappropriate for the area chosen we will email you with our recommendations.
Special Engraving Requests or Deadlines should be placed in the Instructions/Comments box at Check-Out. We will make every effort to honor them. However, in an effort to do so, we reserve the right to change your Engraving Service and/or Shipping Option to meet them.
Engraving is an irrevocable procedure which once begun or finished cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
NO vulgar, obscene, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate text inscriptions will be accepted.
