New Order - The Shopping Cart will send an email with a re-cap of the order as submitted with the status of "New Order". This is to acknowledge that the order was successfully submitted and that we will be generating a Sales Receipt and proceeding to obtain authorization on the credit/debit card.
Processed - After obtaining authorization on the credit/debit card, the status will change to "Processed" and the order will be readied to ship by your selected shipping method.
Shipped - Once the order has been handed over to the appropriate carrier for delivery, the status will change to "Shipped" and, if applicable, the UPS tracking# or USPS Label/Receipt# will be emailed along with the status update.
Declined Card - If we are unable to obtain authorization on the credit/debit card, the status will change to "Declined Card". You will need to contact your card issuing institution to determine what the problem might be. We will not have this information. You will need to re-order using a different card.
Cancelled - If you have requested the order to be cancelled prior to shipment the status will change to "Cancelled".
Out of Stock - On the rare occasion where an item is out of stock the status will change to "Out of Stock". This most often happens on a drop-ship from a supplier.
Special Order - If the item ordered is to be obtained from a supplier before being shipped the status will change to "Special Order".
Engraving Scheduled - If the item is to be engraved the status will change to "Engraving Scheduled" when it is scheduled to be engraved. Rush Engraving takes precedent over Regular Engraving on our daily engraving schedule.
Engraving Completed - When the engraving has been completed the status will change to "Engraving Completed". It will then be packaged and readied for shipment.
